Don't forget to leave a little room for you workout gear.
Be it swimwear or running shoes, make sure you allow time in your trip to move your body.
Maybe you are eating all the good foods, maybe you've been taking all the tours, or maybe just walking everywhere... Still give yourself the space to just move your body and clear your mind. Try to keep in mind how to gain a good workout. Maybe its choosing a hotel with a gym, if so make sure to actually use it. Maybe you are traveling near water make sure to try paddle boarding for a challenging workout activity. Or go skiing on your next trip to the mountains. If that is not possible there are some great social media sites that can motivate you to get moving while out on your travels and you can do them anywhere.

You will be amazed at the clarity it can give you and you can do a nice workout anywhere. Personally, I used to dread it, seriously. I did not feel strong, nor motivated. I thought about all the other things I could be doing. Sometimes it seemed like I was adding another thing to my week but you know, for 30-45 minutes my brain gets a break and I can just move my body. If you can try to do workouts with a buddy making a social gathering more than a chore if you're not feeling motivated. But if you are traveling alone or the only one wanting to fit a workout in, there are so many options available on social media to motivate you.
